revisions are preferred during the sketching stage. once i begin coloring, any major changes will be subject to an additional fee. please don't be afraid to tell me to fix something! you are the one paying me, and i'm the one working -- it's only an inconvenience for both of us.

payment will be sent only after i've sent a thumbnail/rough sketch of your request.

refunds are possible depending on my progress and commission type (e.g. i'll do a 100% refund if i haven't started the commission and you want to cancel).

if i cannot complete your commission for any reason and you've already paid, i will refund you partially and send you whatever i've already done.

tracing, editing, or changing my artwork once completed is not permitted.
